We try our best to make our sales perfect and satisfy our customers in highest degree. We understand some customers may ask for a return in some cases. If you are unsatisfied on our products, we can exchange the goods for you free of charge and accept conditional products returning. GBP 80 will be deducted as stock fee when returning products.
But the goods on your order must meet the following conditions:
No cut, tear or rip on lace;
No dye or brush on the wig (not brush even by fingers);
Never been worn;
No glue, tape, oil or anything on the wig;
Complete original packaging of the wig;
You shall contact us within 48 hours from receiving orders for return or exchange; if out of 48 hours, your request will not be processed. Exchange will be free of service charge.
